• Delivery time is typically same day or next day within Dubai and up to 2–3 days across other Emirates.

• We use insulated packaging to maintain product temperature.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the specified address.

Returns

• No returns or exchanges due to the frozen and perishable nature of our juices.

• In case of wrong or damaged items, contact us within 24 hours for review.

• Approved refunds (if any) will be issued as store credit or partial refund within 7–10 business days.
