Welcome to GOOD AND GOODS FZ-LLC(“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or purchasing from our website www.goodgoodsandco.com you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Products

All our juices are fresh frozen and made from 100% natural ingredients, without preservatives or added sugar. Products must be stored frozen until use.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in AED (UAE Dirhams) and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are fulfilled across the UAE through our partnered courier services. Delivery times may vary based on location and demand.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external courier or weather conditions.

5. Product Condition

All frozen products are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging. Once received, customers are responsible for immediate storage in a freezer.
We are not liable for damage caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once delivered.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product is damaged upon arrival or incorrectly delivered.
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order via email at info@goodgoodsandco.com with supporting photos.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
All consumption is at the customer’s discretion and responsibility.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled under UAE jurisdiction.
